Weekend Paper Review – 27th April

Hi Everyone,

Sorry but I was away last week and nowhere near a computer to give my thoughts on last weeks news but there were some good stories this weekend, though conflicting. Please see my audio guide to the left of your screen.

Comment includes – The UK market picking up on the back of figures from the US property market. The Turkish property market going upmarket and the Spanish Golf Resorts having a mixed time.

Property Market Returning?

Could this be the moment that we have been waiting for? There have been silent whispers for the last few months around the figures released from the RICS surveys each month – these have clearly shown a decrease in the rate of price falls in the UK Domestic Property market while also reporting that client numbers are increasing (have now been increasing for the last four months in a row……)
